Submit an inquiryStandard sampling runs $30–70 per style (embroidery or print setup included) with one free revision. The fee is fully credited against bulk orders over $4,000, and fully refunded if we cannot mass-produce after sample approval due to a technique issue on our side.
Yes. 100 pieces is our custom-channel minimum, designed for first-run testing. We recommend simpler, more cost-effective techniques for small runs — jacquard instead of multi-color embroidery, single-position print instead of multi-position — to keep the first order on budget.
Yes. Provide a Pantone (TCX/TPX) reference and we produce a lab-dip for approval — yarn-dye confirmation for knits, fabric swatches for canvas and prints. Color fastness is typically graded 4 or above under D65 light.
Yes. We provide commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin, and assist with customs. Partner factories are BSCI, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and ISO 9001 certified, and third-party testing (SGS / Intertek) can be arranged on request.
Stock styles support mixed colors and sizes from 50 pcs per style. Private labeling with care labels, hang tags and packaging starts at +$0.09 per piece; relabeled orders dispatch in 5–7 working days.
